These terms outline how Marco Joe Fazio SPACE provides services and apply to all bookings and enquiries.

Services

Marco Joe Fazio SPACE provides:

  • Property photography

  • Measured floor plans

  • EPC coordination

  • Video, 360 tours, drone and related services

Services may be delivered individually or as part of a combined workflow.

Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the scope, timing and pricing are agreed.

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • accurate property details

  • access arrangements

  • relevant contact information

Access and readiness

The client is responsible for ensuring:

  • access is available at the agreed time

  • the property is prepared appropriately

  • any restrictions or special conditions are communicated in advance

Delays caused by access issues may affect delivery timelines.

EPC coordination

Where EPC services are included, they are arranged through accredited assessors.

Marco Joe Fazio SPACE coordinates the process but does not issue EPC certificates directly unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on scope and access.

Files are provided in a format suitable for:

  • property portals

  • brochures

  • digital marketing

Revisions

Reasonable minor adjustments may be accommodated.

Significant changes or re-visits may incur additional cost.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the booking stage.

For ongoing agency work, a standardised rate card and invoicing structure may be implemented.

Late payments may incur a charge and affect future bookings.

Usage

Delivered assets are intended for the client's property marketing use.

Further use, resale, or redistribution should be agreed in advance, where applicable.

Liability

While reasonable care is taken in delivery, Marco Joe Fazio SPACE is not liable for:

  • inaccuracies arising from third-party information

  • access limitations affecting output

  • indirect or consequential loss

Cancellations and rescheduling

If a booking needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, please provide as much notice as possible.

Where access is not available at the agreed time, or where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a call-out fee or partial charge may apply to cover resources, time, and travel already committed.

In such cases, a call-out fee or partial charge may apply, depending on the circumstances. This will always be discussed clearly and fairly.
